My clients are those who struggle with emotional and binge eating, and health anxiety.

I help them learn how to reconnect to their bodies, cope with their emotions without always turning to food, and to eat the dang cheetos without losing all control.

My Approach

Nuanced.

My background in pharmacy, intuitive eating, and functional medicine gives me a uniquely comprehensive view of each client I work with.

I understand the physiological, emotional, and behavioral layers that influence our relationship with food, and that we all have our own ideas of health and wellness.

I know what’s needed to both eat the cookie and enjoy good health.

Compassionate.

Combined with my own lived experience of binge eating and orthorexia, I’m able to approach my clients with nuance, curiosity, and deep compassion.

I’ve been in your shoes, I know it feels impossible… and I genuinely care about showing you the path out.
